Welcome Moorestown Cheer! We are so excited to have your families joining us this fall! Hopefully we have worked out all the details, and we realize there is no perfect model since many of the girls are doing multiple activities, but we are trying our best to avoid conflicts for those who do multiple fall sports. REGISTRATION WILL RUN TILL JULY 15th. Anyone registering after that will pay a late fee and is less likely to have their uniforms on time. 

1. PRACTICE AND GAME TIMES

Coaches will be reaching out for optional practices starting mid August, and regular practices will begin Sept 5th. We will be doing a mix of outdoor field time and at an indoor facility. More details to follow this summer.

Game times at home are consistent, but we have no control over away games. We want the girls, and parents, to have a schedule and consistency for planning, so the best way we can do this is to ensure that is to expect that they are cheering every home game and optional away games. The teams this year will be set up as follows:

105 football team: Grades 1/2 cheerleaders

120 football team: Grades 3/4 cheerleaders 

145 football team: Grades 5-8 cheerleaders

2. UNIFORM- 

Uniforms will be the same as last year, so if you cheered last year and it still fits you are all set. New cheerleaders and returning girls who need a uniform will be receiving an ordering link around July 1, 2024 so watch for the email and sizing details. We will add an optional purchase of a track suit style too this year for those cold games. AGAIN, this will be optional. Plenty of girls added black leggings and some extra cheer swag to stay warm last year. And we will also be sharing a google doc at that time for uniform exchange options to help cut down cost and make trading/donating pieces available. 

3. MOORESTOWN CHEER SWAG

Football and cheer will run swag stores together this year. There will be plenty to choose from, including pieces with a little extra sparkle! Watch your emails for this link after registration closes.

4. OPTIONAL SUMMER CAMPS

Kayla, owner of Reign, is offering discount camp options for our cheerleaders. These are not mandatory, but are a great option to get a head start and stay active. Below is the link to register for those under their camps and clinic. Add MTOWNCHEER at checkout for a discount!
